1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted for most unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must include original packaging and all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pneumatic Walking Boots
  • Wearable medical devices
  • Customized or special-order products
3. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (all major credit cards or merchant services) within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos for replacement or refund.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
